All pieces are handcrafted. If an item is in stock, it will generally ship out right away. For custom orders, please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to ship. Please email me to find out if items are in stock, or to check on the timeline for a particular piece.
Ordering Online:
If you are a U.S. resident, you can order online easily and securely using PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to order using PayPal. PayPal allows you to use any major credit card or your debit card for purchases.

Custom Orders:
Custom orders are always available. Please to ask about custom-ordering specific jewelry designs, to design a piece of jewelry from scratch, or to see photos of some recently commissioned pieces.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for fabrication of custom jewelry pieces.

Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are available in amounts ranging from $100-$1000, and may be redeemed for Jewelry and Home & Family items. Please to ask about purchasing a gift certificate.
Rush Orders:
Rush orders may be available on items made to order. If you need your order fabricated and shipped within the usual 4-6 week waiting period (see "Ordering Online" above), please .
In most cases, for a small additional fee, this request can be accomodated.
Sales Tax:
Orders placed from within Washington State are subject to an 8.8% sales tax.
Returns:
I want you to be happy with my jewelry. If for any reason you are not totally enamored with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your jewelry, and I will try to make it right. Refunds are available within the first seven days after receipt of purchase for the purchase price minus shipping. Custom orders are not refundable or returnable.
Shipping Information:
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days). Shipping costs include insurance. Fees are as follows:
